At Meir Living, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and want every piece you receive to feel just right. While our creations are made with care, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary—and we're here to help.

 

In Case of Damage

 

If your product arrives broken or damaged, we offer a  refund or exchange, no questions asked.

 

To process this:

 

Please email us at info@meirliving.com  within 24 hours of delivery

Attach an unboxing video clearly showing the damage

 

Once verified, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly.

 

For All Other Returns

 

We’re happy to accept returns for any other reason in exchange for store credit, valid across our full collection.

 

To initiate a return:

 

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

Ensure the item is unused and in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, which may vary depending on item weight and location

 

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, you’ll receive your store credit via email.

Refunds (to original payment method) are issued only in the case of verified damage during delivery

All returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval

We do not offer cash refunds for discretionary returns
